At Golden Cardigans, we take pride in delivering carefully crafted premium cardigans to every customer who supports us. π€ Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined below.
PRE-ORDER Notice
All products sold through Golden Cardigans are offered on a PRE-ORDER basis unless otherwise stated on the product page.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

The product is not currently available for immediate delivery.

Production and fulfillment timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.

No cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or return requests related to the product itself will be accepted while the order remains in pre-order status.

Return eligibility, if applicable, only begins after the customer has physically received the product.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you expressly agree to wait for the product's production and delivery period.
All Sales Final
All purchases made through Golden Cardigans are final. We do not offer refunds after a purchase has been completed. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified, except as expressly required by applicable law.
Returns
Due to the pre-order nature of our products, no return requests will be considered before the customer has physically received the product.
After delivery, we do not accept returns for refunds. Returns will only be considered in very limited circumstances where a product arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for review, the following conditions must all be met:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must remain in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
To request a review, please contact us at GoldenThreads@outlook.es within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made outside of this window will not be considered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Each case will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Once an order enters production, fulfillment, or pre-order processing, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Optional Digital Services
We are grateful for every customer who chooses to shop with us. π€ We offer the following optional digital services at checkout:

Shipping Protection
These are optional digital services and do not represent physical goods. All digital service purchases are final and non-refundable.
Priority Handling (Fast Shipping)
Priority Handling means your order is moved to the front of our processing queue within our system. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date, nor does it represent a courier shipping speed upgrade.
Delivery timeframes remain subject to carrier processing, customs, production schedules, and other external factors.
30-Day Warranty
The 30-Day Warranty is a digital support service that provides extended order assistance for 30 days after delivery.
It does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or any form of compensation for the physical product. This service is strictly a support add-on and is non-refundable.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is a digital order assistance service.
By purchasing Shipping Protection, the customer acknowledges that this service does not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or a refund of the physical product. It provides support in the event of a shipping issue and allows us to work with the carrier on the customer's behalf.
By deselecting Shipping Protection at checkout, the customer explicitly agrees that Golden Cardigans is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Show Some Support (Tip)
At checkout, customers are given the option to leave a voluntary tip under our "Show Some Support" feature.
This is a completely optional contribution made directly to the Golden Cardigans team as a gesture of appreciation for our work.
All tips are voluntary, final, and non-refundable.
By leaving a tip at checkout, the customer acknowledges that this amount is a gratuitous payment and is not tied to any product, service, or guarantee of any kind.
Tips cannot be charged back, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances. Filing a chargeback on a tip will be disputed as a voluntary and agreed-upon transaction.
Chargebacks
By purchasing from Golden Cardigans, you agree to all policies presented at checkout.
Filing a chargeback after agreeing to these terms may be considered a violation of the purchase agreement and will be disputed with your payment provider using our store policies, order records, production records, and shipment documentation.
For pre-order products, the customer acknowledges that production and delivery require extended processing times and that delays within reasonable commercial limits do not constitute grounds for a chargeback.
