All Golden Cardigans products are produced in limited quantities and may be offered on a PRE-ORDER basis.

Our current collection consists of an exclusive production run of only 50 handcrafted cardigans worldwide. Once sold out, these cardigans may not be restocked.

Each cardigan is individually handmade with careful attention to detail, craftsmanship, materials, embroidery, stitching, finishing, and quality control. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each garment.

We have made every effort to provide accurate representations of our products. However, colors, textures, and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade production process.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, refuse orders, or modify product specifications at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3A - PRE-ORDERS

By purchasing a product identified as a PRE-ORDER item, you acknowledge and agree that the product is not immediately available for shipment.

Production for PRE-ORDER products is estimated to begin following the conclusion of the pre-order period and generally requires approximately 2 weeks to complete. These production timelines are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing requirements, material availability, quality control procedures, supplier schedules, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • PRE-ORDER purchases are made with the understanding that production has not yet been completed.

  • Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Orders may not be canceled, refunded, disputed, or charged back due to normal production timelines.

  • Return eligibility, if applicable under our policies, begins only after physical delivery of the product.

By placing a PRE-ORDER, the customer agrees to wait for production and fulfillment of the product.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For PRE-ORDER products, customers acknowledge that fulfillment includes three separate stages:

  • Production: approximately 2 weeks

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping: 3–10 business days depending on destination

Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, logistics disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Golden Cardigans shall not be liable for any shipping or delivery delays resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have already entered production planning, fulfillment preparation, or manufacturing and therefore cannot be canceled.

For PRE-ORDER products, customers expressly acknowledge that production resources are allocated based on order volume. As a result, once an order enters production or fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are not permitted except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these conditions.
