PRE-ORDER & Exclusive Production

All Golden Cardigans products are currently offered on a PRE-ORDER basis.

Each cardigan is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail and produced in a strictly limited run of only 50 pieces worldwide. This limited production ensures exclusivity and allows us to maintain the highest possible quality standards.

Every cardigan is individually handmade and carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the craftsmanship involved, production requires additional time compared to mass-produced garments.

Once production begins, the estimated production time is approximately 2 weeks. Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on manufacturing requirements, material availability, quality control procedures, and overall demand.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these production timelines.

Order Processing

After production has been completed, orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Spain: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.

Estimated Total Fulfillment Time

For pre-order products, customers should expect:

  • Production: Approximately 2 weeks

  • Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping: 3–10 business days (depending on destination)

The total timeframe may vary depending on production schedules and shipping conditions.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may occasionally update slowly or appear inconsistent depending on carrier processing.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier and fulfillment partners.

At that stage, the routing, handling, and delivery of the shipment are outside of our direct control.

Golden Cardigans is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost during transit

  • Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Delayed due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or logistical delays

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered production, processing, or shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Carrier Issues

If a package experiences a delivery issue, we will contact the supplier or shipping carrier to request additional information on your behalf.

Carrier investigations may take several days or longer depending on the circumstances.

While we will assist whenever possible, final delivery outcomes are determined by the shipping carrier.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship separately depending on inventory allocation, warehouse availability, or logistical requirements.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

This is normal and does not indicate a missing order.

Optional Digital Services

These are optional digital services and do not represent physical goods.

All digital service purchases are final and non-refundable.

Priority Handling (Fast Shipping)

Priority Handling means your order is moved to the front of our internal processing queue.

It does not guarantee a specific delivery date and does not represent a courier shipping speed upgrade.

Delivery timeframes remain subject to production schedules, carrier processing, customs procedures, and other external factors.

30-Day Warranty

The 30-Day Warranty is a digital support service that provides extended order assistance for 30 days following delivery.

This service does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or compensation for the physical product.

The service is non-refundable.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is a digital order assistance service.

By purchasing Shipping Protection, the customer acknowledges that this service does not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or refund of the physical product.

It provides additional assistance in the event of shipping-related issues and allows us to communicate with the carrier on the customer's behalf.

By deselecting Shipping Protection during checkout, the customer expressly agrees that Golden Cardigans is not responsible for packages that become lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen after being transferred to the shipping carrier.

Show Some Support (Tip)

At checkout, customers may leave a voluntary tip through our "Show Some Support" feature.

This contribution is entirely optional and serves as a gesture of appreciation for the Golden Cardigans team.

All tips are voluntary, final, and non-refundable.

By submitting a tip, the customer acknowledges that the contribution is not associated with any product, service, benefit, or guarantee and may not be reversed, refunded, or charged back.
